On behalf of my family I would like to thank all of the Chambers and Brighty staff in particular Tim and Andy with whom I dealt. The grace and respect shown to my mother at such an emotional time was exemplary. A special thank you to the celebrant who conducted the service. Nicole guided us through such a stressful time and is a credit to her profession.

We cannot thank Tim and the entire team at Chambers & Brighty enough for the care and compassion they showed our family during one of the hardest times of our lives.

From the very beginning, everyone was professional, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they guided us through every step with kindness, dignity, and genuine empathy.

What really stood out was how they managed to bring moments of laughter during such a difficult time. It was so comforting and exactly what we needed. Dad had a wonderful sense of humour, and I know he would have loved that those lighter moments were shared alongside the sadness.

Thank you, Tim, and the whole team, for giving Dad the beautiful send-off he deserved and for supporting our family with such warmth and respect. We will always be grateful.

We have sadly had to use the services of Chambers and Brighty twice within the last 6 months. My Mum was treated with respect and love and care, nothing was too much trouble and we felt supported and guided through the process. Andy is amazing, and the pall bearer team instructed brilliantly so our family could carry Mum to her final destination. Thank you.

Right from the first phone call to Chambers and Brighty they were so professional, Andy arranged everything just as we agreed, he kept me informed of everything called me to double check the details were correct, on the day they were so professional on the day making sure everything was done as arranged. Thank you all so much for making a sad day went absolutely perfect, would definitely use again when the need arises.

The service offered was professional and with empathy. A very hard time was made a little easier.

Thank you so much to Chambers and Brighty for taking care of the funeral arrangements for our late dear mother. A special thankyou to Andy Cox who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so very kind, compassionate and showed dignity and respect at all times during a very sad time. Thank you to all the other staff members aswell. On the day you all collectively helped to give our mother the most beautiful send off, it really does mean alot to whole family. Once again many thanks to you all.

Every communication, from helping my dad Ken plan his funeral to only a few short weeks later carrying out his wishes. It was all done with sensitivity, compassion but most of all with ease.
